What's new in Sendr v3.2

V3.2 is here, and it's a big one: a more flexible Sequencer, a sharper Lead Finder, a rebuilt Unibox, a deliverability superpower in spintax, compliant unsubscribes, and a smarter way to send LinkedIn connection requests. Here's everything new, grouped by area so you can jump straight to what matters to you.

Sequencer canvas, rebuilt 🔀

A canvas that feels like Figma. Drag actions straight onto the canvas, rewire a connection to point at a different step to change your branching on the fly, delete a connection between two steps without losing the steps themselves, and insert a new action between two existing steps without losing your place. Delete a step and everything downstream stays exactly where it is too, no more silent re-splicing. Rearranging a sequence finally feels as easy as the idea behind it.

Lead Finder: new filters 🎯

Find your exact lead, faster. Four new filters added on top of everything you already had:

Department & Function: target the actual buyer, not just the job title. Find everyone in "Marketing" or filter down to a specific function like "Demand Gen."

Followers & Connections: spot influence before you reach out. Filter for LinkedIn creators, well-connected operators, or up-and-comers building an audience.

Geo Radius: go hyperlocal. Pull every lead within 10 miles of a city or venue, perfect for event follow-ups or region-specific campaigns.

NAICS industry codes: get precise on industry, beyond generic categories. Target down to the exact sub-sector your product fits best.

Enrichments: now built into the Sequencer 🧬

Enrich without breaking your flow. The Sequencer's Enrichment step now matches Data Studio's, so you can enrich a contact right where you're building your sequence instead of hopping over to Data Studio and back. All available as steps you can drop straight into your sequence.

Enrich LinkedIn Profile: pull all data from contacts Linkedin Profile i.e role, job history, headline, bio and activity.

Verify Email Address: catch bounces before they happen and keep your sender reputation clean.

Return Competitor Name: flag which competitor a lead is currently using, then tailor your pitch around it.

DISC Personality: profile how a lead communicates so you can match your tone, direct and to the point, or warmer and more relational.

Google Search Query: grab a live Google search URL for a lead or company. Useful for screenshots as video background, embedding in pages, or showing keyword/review rankings.

First Name Cleanup: fix "JOHN," "john123" or a stray emoji’s so "Hi " always reads naturally.

Job Title Cleanup: normalise "Sr. Mktg Mgr" and "Senior Marketing Manager" into one clean format for filtering and personalisation.

Unibox: full send and receive visibility 📬

Never wonder what you've sent. Unibox now splits into Inbox and Sent, Gmail-style, so every message you've sent through Sendr shows up, replied to or not. Attach files to replies, spot a distinct Delivered status separate from Sent and Read, and read receipts you send now sync back to WhatsApp and LinkedIn.

Each conversation's sidebar now shows full contact detail, including which channel the message was sent from, so you're never digging around mid-conversation to remember the context.

Spintax: multi-variant rotation, everywhere 🎲

One message, hundreds of variations. Write your outbound message once and generate hundreds of unique variations with a single click using spintax or full message variants. It's available anywhere you're sending an outbound message, email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp, so every send looks different to spam filters and to the recipient, and your outbound doesn't read like a template blast.

Send & Wait: LinkedIn connection requests 🤝

One action, no more loops. Sending a LinkedIn connection request used to be one-directional: you'd add a separate Check Connection Request step and keep looping it until the lead accepted, slowing your whole sequence down (LinkedIn caps how many checks you can run a day) and making for a clunky, multi-step build.

Not anymore. One action sends the request and waits for LinkedIn's webhook to confirm acceptance, then moves the lead straight to the next step, no limits, no bottlenecks. Set a time limit for how long to wait before a pending request gets withdrawn automatically, keeping your pending count low and your account safer from LinkedIn blocks. To switch over, just remove your existing Send Connection Request step and add it back in, it'll pick up the new action automatically.

Compliant unsubscribe links ✅

Give every recipient a clean way out. Campaign emails can now carry a configurable unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe header. When a contact unsubscribes, it marks their row, cancels any active work for them, and blocks future sends, so you stay compliant without lifting a finger.
