Data Sourcing

Where our data comes from

Knowing how business contact data is sourced and verified matters to us, and to the teams who use Sendr. This page explains how the data available through Lead Finder is collected, checked, and kept compliant with global data protection laws.

How we source our data

Lead Finder data is built from multiple independent sources rather than a single stream. No one source defines a record. Instead, signals are combined and cross-checked so the result is more accurate and more current than any individual source on its own. Our data comes from four core sources.

01

Licensed B2B data partners

We work with established, fully vetted business data vendors. Every partner passes ethical and compliance checks before we onboard them, and each is required to demonstrate their own compliance on an ongoing basis.

02

Public web sources

We index publicly accessible corporate sources: company websites, press releases, news articles, and business directories. This is strictly limited to public corporate web pages. We never crawl gated platforms or anything behind a login.

03

Validation signals

Anonymized email deliverability signals from large marketing networks are used to continuously validate and refresh contact records. This acts as a living feedback loop that corrects and updates data over time, under strict privacy standards.

04

Job boards and event listings

We track public career pages and conference and event listings to surface growth signals such as new hires and active hiring.

How we verify it

Every record passes through an AI verification layer that cross-references sources, resolves conflicts by prioritizing the most recently updated information, removes duplicates, and drops defunct companies and roles.

Checked at export

Emails verified in real time

At the point of export, email addresses (including catch-all domains) are verified in real time. That means you work from freshly checked data at the moment you export it, rather than from stale, pre-stored addresses.

LinkedIn and social networks

We do not scrape LinkedIn or any other social network, and we do not bypass logins or extract data from gated platforms. Sendr's records are built from licensed partner data and indexing of publicly available corporate web sources only.

Legal basis and your rights

Our lawful basis for processing under the GDPR is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)), the established basis for processing professional B2B contact data. We limit what we collect to business-relevant information: name, professional role, company, and business contact details. We do not process personal or consumer data.

We operate in compliance with the GDPR, the CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws. We honor right-to-access, right-to-object, and right-to-deletion requests promptly, and we provide a simple, immediate opt-out for any individual.

Exercise your rights or opt out

To access, object to, or request deletion of your data, or to opt out, contact us at privacy@sendr.ai. We will action your request promptly. For full detail on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
