Fair usage policy

At Sendr.ai (operated by Intro Labs Ltd), we aim to provide a fair, secure, and reliable service for all our customers. This Fair Usage Policy (“Policy”) sets out the standards of acceptable use of our platform. By using Sendr.ai, you agree to abide by this Policy.
1. General Principles
Our services are provided on a fair-use basis. While we want you to get maximum value from Sendr.ai, your usage must not:
Negatively impact other customers.
Circumvent the intended use of our platform.
Exploit trust-based provisions (such as lifetime deal inclusions).
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use your Sendr.ai account to:
Publish, distribute, or generate harmful content, including but not limited to:
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or defamation.
Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading material.
Sexually explicit or violent material.
Malware, phishing, or other harmful code.
2.1. Use of Connected Communication Channels
Sendr enables you to send communications via connected third-party services (including email providers and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, or similar services).
You must ensure that all messages sent through these channels comply with:
the applicable laws and regulations (including anti-spam and marketing laws), and
the terms and acceptable use policies of the relevant third-party platforms.
You are solely responsible for the content, targeting, and distribution of any communications sent through connected accounts.
3. Misuse the platform in ways it is not designed for, such as:
Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload our systems.
Using automated methods to generate excessive or fraudulent activity.
Circumventing account, usage, or pricing limits.
4. Fair Usage for Unlimited Channel Plans
Our Unlimited plan allows you to connect multiple communication channels (including LinkedIn accounts, email inboxes, and other supported senders) under a single subscription, without additional per-channel charges. Whilst unlimited in spirit, we have an implementation limit of 300 connected channels at any one time. We believe this is sufficient for even the highest-volume use cases, but wanted to make this explicit rather than leave it unstated.
To keep this sustainable for all customers:
If your usage approaches or exceeds this limit, we'll reach out to discuss a suitable plan for your needs before any restriction is applied.
Connecting additional channels beyond 300 without agreeing this with us first may result in additional charges or a required plan change.
This limit exists to prevent misuse of the Unlimited plan (for example, reselling access or running unrelated third-party operations through a single account), not to restrict genuine growing teams.
5. Fair Usage for Lifetime Deals
We occasionally offer lifetime deals through trusted partners (e.g. AppSumo). To ensure fairness:
These deals may include one-time allocations of services, such as a bucket of lip-sync video credits.
These allocations are provided on trust for genuine use.
It is considered unfair usage if a customer:
Consumes their entire allocation during the refund period (e.g. 60 days under AppSumo’s policy) and then requests a refund.
Uses credits in a way that is clearly inconsistent with normal business or personal use.
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
Withhold services.
Decline refunds where usage indicates abuse and request this via our partners.
Suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of this Policy.
6. Enforcement
If we believe your use of Sendr.ai violates this Policy, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including warning, suspension, credit adjustment, or termination of your account.
7. Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of Sendr.ai after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
